Samples in the mail

I have a question....Where do you keep all your samples that you get in the mail?  I'm mainly referring to the hair samples.  I have so many shampoo and conditioner samples, I'm just keeping them in a random cardboard box.  I already have a nice stockpile of hair products, I don't need to use them.  I suppose they would be good to take with you if you're staying at someone's house for a night.  You could even give them to people that come to stay with you like a hotel would lol.  So do you keep them in a random place or use them immediately?
