Kmart Disaster! Update

So I just received a very fast reply back from Kmart and the manager said they will be reviewing their coupon policy and training their customers.  Plus they're sending a $25 gift card for me to use there!  This really excites me because now I can try to do some of the bigger shops (cottonelle) and get some other things I need.  I just hope this next time will go smoother!
